General information

What is the WSN Developpement group?

For 30 years, parent company WSN Developpement has been organising leading international fashion trade shows in Paris: Who’s Next and Premiere Classe.

What is Who’s Next?

Who’s Next is the leading international women’s and unisex fashion trade show that showcases the best of ready-to-wear, fashion accessories, beauty and lifestyle trends.

Each year in January and September, Who’s Next welcomes around 1,500 French and International brands to Porte de Versailles in Paris. Over four days, around 50,000 visitors from all over the world come to meet, exchange and develop their business through a programme full of conferences, animations and celebrations.

What is IMPACT?

IMPACT is the new sustainable fashion event, open to professionals and non professionals who want to be part of this positive change. This hybrid event brings together the sustainable fashion industry for 4 days of meetings, sharing, collaboration, experiences and commitment.

For its first edition, IMPACT will take place alongside Who’s Next at Porte de Versailles, Paris, from the 6th - 9th September 2019.

Friday to Sunday: 9:30am - 7pm

The trade show is for the professionals of the fashion industry only.


Badges/Invitations/Press passes

Where can I purchase my badge? How much do badges cost?

Badges can be purchased from the “Visit” section of our website: “Visit" :

There are 2 types of badges:


  • Who’s Next Pass: €45 online until the day before the trade show, €60 on the door. This badge gives you access to the Who’s Next trade show.
  • Fashion Pass: €55 online until the day before the trade show, €75 on the door. This badge gives you access to the Who’s Next and Bijhorca trade shows.

Can I refund or exchange a badge?

We apologise that badges cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Can I get a free invitation?

Who’s Next does not offer free invitations. Invitations must be obtained through our exhibitors, who are each given a certain number of free invitations.

Where and when can I get my badge for Who’s Next?

You can order your badge from June 3rd 2019 until the day before the show on the Who’s Next website.

I am a press representative - how do I register?

You can register on the Who’s Next website.

Do you offer reduced tariffs for students/schools?

We offer discounted entrance for groups of 15 students with at least 1 guide (obligatory).

Price: Students €10/Guides €45

Please send an email to [email protected] with an Excel document listing the full names of the students attending, before the 26th of August 2019.

When will the next trade show take place?

Our next edition will take place from the 6th - 9th of January 2019, at Porte de Versailles, Paris.

Is there any disabled access?

Carpark parkings P1 and P7: disabled access via lifts. Exhibition bridge: access via wheelchair lift. Electric and manual wheelchairs available at the Parc des Expositions information point.

How do I apply for a stand at Who’s Next?

To apply as an exhibitor at Who’s Next, simply visit the “Exhibit” section of our website and complete the form. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

How much does it cost to exhibit at Who’s Next?

Practical information

Is there a cloakroom on-site? How much does it cost?

Cloakrooms are located in halls.


  • Price per item of clothing (per day): 2€
  • Price per bag/luggage (per day): 4€

What should I do if I lose/find an object?

If you lose/find an object during the event, please visit General Commission in Hall 1.

After the event, you can contact us on +33(0)1 40 13 74 74. We often find lost objects when clearing up the trade show.

Where can I find the event programme?

You can find the event programme on the Who's Next website or on the WSN Community app WSN Community (About 1 month before the event)

Stand set-up and dismantling

What are the dates and times for stand set-up?

Exhibitors can set-up their stands the day before the opening of the trade show on Thursday 5th of September. Free access and no badge required for exhibitors and builders.


  • For exhibitors in Hall 1: Entrance gate M/Exit gates T or S and parking 1 (P1)(maximum height 1.90m)
  • For exhibitors in Hall 2.2: Entrance gate K and Exit gate J

Is it possible to set-up earlier than 2pm on the day before the trade show?

If you need extra time to set-up (e.g. for built stands), you can request an exemption by an email to [email protected]. Please note that your stand project must be validated by us in advance.

What are the dates and times for dismantling stands and collection recovery?

Stands can be dismantled after closing on the last day of the trade show only, on Monday from 5pm - 11:30pm. Free access and no badge required.


  • For built stands, dismantling can take place until noon on Tuesday, subject to authorization by the organizer.
  • For exhibitors in Hall 1: entrance gate M/exit gates T or S
  • For exhibitors in Hall 2.2: entrance and exit gate D

No carriers or handlers can enter the halls before 5pm. For safety reasons, no vehicles can enter the halls before 8pm.

Can I leave my stand before 5pm on the last day?

Collections cannot be taken out of the halls before 5pm on the last day.

Is there any insurance during stand set-up/dismantling?

There are no security measures in place during the set-up and dismantling of the stands. The halls are not insured, neither are people going in and out of the halls.

Be aware of thieves: please be vigilant and pay attention to your products and personal belongings. Do not leave any laptops or mobile phones on the tables.

Do not leave your stand unattended. Please always have someone at your stand, this being the best protection against robbery.

We will remind you that you are note insured during the setting up and dissmanting of the tradeshow.

What security measures will be in place during the event?

Security in the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre (Viparis) includes:


  • Teams monitoring all the exhibiting areas and the outdoor areas of the exhibition centre
  • Visitors’ and exhibitors’ bags will be searched at the entrance of each hall
  • Security guards will be present in the outdoor area of the exhibition centre
  • Security guards will be present at all entrances to the Porte de Versailles Exhibition centre

We ask you to be vigilant and to take care of your belongings at all times during the event. It is prohibited to obstruct the aisles with your personal belongings, tables, chairs, rails and other items. Failure to meet these requirements will lead us to consider closing your stand. Smoking is also prohibited in the halls.


Badges and invitations

How do I receive my exhibitor badge?

Validate following your quota the name of each member of your staff atending the event. To do this, go onto your account and print on your badges in A4 before the first day of the event.

You have until midnight the night before the opening of the trade show to print your exhibitor badges. These badges are named, and on presenting a form of ID grant you access to Who's Next.

Can I receive additional badges?

Additional badges are allocated depending on the size of your stand. It is possible to receive extra badges if you have a large team working at the trade show.

Can I get free invitations for my clients?

Exhibitors are entitled to a number of invitations depending on the size of your stand. This allows your buyers to get a free badge for the duration of the trade show.

How do I send my free invitations to my buyers ?

To receive your badges, simply go to the “Badges” section on your Exhibitors’ Space and then “Invitations”.

Enter the information required and send before midnight the day before the opening of the trade show.


Practical information

Can I organise deliveries during the opening of the trade show?

Deliveries during the opening of the trade show are only permitted from 7am - 8:30am and are limited to 1 hour.


  • For exhibitors in Hall 1: entrance from gate M
  • For exhibitors in Hall 2.2: entrance from gate D

Which gates can be used during set-up and dismantling?

For exhibitors in Hall 1:


  • Entrance gate M/exit gates T and S
  • Vans* are permitted to park around the hall (*registration required on Logipass)
  • Cars are permitted to park in car park 1 (P1) (maximum height 1.90m) and around the hall


For exhibitors in Hall 2.2:

Set-up


  • Entrance gate K and exit gate J
  • Vans and Trucks* are permitted to park around the hall (*registration required on Logipass)

Dismantling


  • Entrance gate D and exit gates D and J
  • Vans and Trucks* are permitted to park around the hall (*registration required on Logipass)
  • Cars are permitted to park in car park 7 (P7) (maximum height 1.90m)

Where can I park during set-up?

Car park 1 (P1) is free of charge on set-up day until midnight.

Can I access the site by car/van during set-up?

Vehicles are not permitted to park inside the exhibition centre. Parking is only permitted for unloading goods during the time slot allocated by VIPARIS, upon registration of your vehicle.

All vehicles must leave the exhibition centre premises before midnight on set-up day. Attention: emergency exists must be kept clear.

How do I register my van/light commercial vehicle for parking inside the exhibition centre?

Do I need to register on Logipass if I arrive by car?

No, exhibitors arriving by car have access to the on-site car parks.


  • Hall 1: Car park 1 (P1), no registration required on Logipass
  • Hall 2.2: Car park 7 (P7), no registration required on Logipass


Stands

What is the authorised height for stand decoration?

The authorised height for stand decoration varies according to location and sector.

You can find this information by logging onto your Exhibitors’ Platform, clicking the “Your stand” section and then “Details about your stand”.


Services

Can I hire furniture for my stand at the trade show?

Yes, our suppliers will be at the event on the day before and the morning of opening day. Nevertheless, you are strongly advised to make your orders before the show by the deadlines that you will find on your online account.

Can I steam my collections at the trade show?

Yes, you can steam your collections on set-up day. There are many steaming points available in the halls.

After opening day, the steamers will be available to use in the Services Area next to General Commission.

Where can I hire an interpreter?

You can hire an interpreter through the Monna Lisa agency, who specialise in interpreters and can offer you bilingual speakers.
